Our Policies
1. Appointments & Arrival
All sessions are by appointment only and can be booked online.
Last-minute bookings (up to 15 minutes before) are welcome if available.
A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will only be charged for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so your session can start on time. Access details will be sent in your confirmation email.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your appointment.
Changes within 6 hours may be charged 50% of the session price.
We understand emergencies happen—please reach out if needed. Thank you for respecting our time as a small business.
3. Late Arrival & No-Show
If you are running late, please contact us.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid delays for the next client. Full session time is not guaranteed.
No refunds for late arrivals.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the session price.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your session.
We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card.
Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
5. Scope of Practice
We are licensed massage therapists (CAMTC certified).
Massage may help reduce pain, tension, and stress, and improve overall well-being.
However, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
6. Health Conditions
Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies before your session.
Possible side effects may include soreness, tenderness, or temporary discomfort.
We reserve the right to refuse service if massage is not appropriate.
7. Guests & Age Policy
Our studio is designed for one client at a time.
We recommend not bringing guests or children.
Clients must be 18+.
Ages 16–17 require parental consent.
8. Hygiene
Please arrive clean and maintain good personal hygiene.
We may refuse service if hygiene is not appropriate for a session.
9. Comfort & Professional Boundaries
Your comfort is important.
Please communicate pressure, temperature, or any discomfort.
Massage is professional only.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full charge.
10. Privacy & Consent
All client information is kept private and confidential.
