Immediate Recovery
Following your session, the most critical step is hydration. Drinking plenty of water helps your lymphatic system flush out metabolic waste released during the deep tissue work. Aim for at least 16-24 ounces immediately after. We also recommend avoiding strenuous activity for the next few hours to allow your nervous system to fully integrate the healing effects of the Thai solution techniques.

Movement & Stretching
Support your recovery with gentle movements designed to maintain the openness and flexibility achieved during your Thai therapy session.

Neck Rotations
Slowly circle your head in a controlled motion to release lingering tension in the upper cervical area.

Shoulder Rolls
Gently roll your shoulders back and down to encourage proper posture and maintain muscle length.

Chest Openers
Interlace your hands behind your back and gently lift to open the chest and counteract forward slouching.
Common Post-Session Sensations
Physical Recovery
It is normal to feel mild soreness or a 'good hurt' for 24-48 hours as your muscles release toxins and realign. Think of it as the feeling after a productive workout.
Energy Shift
You may experience a deep sense of calm and better sleep, or conversely, a burst of renewed energy as circulation improves and tension melts away.
